Basis Course 1 - Moving Neck Pain 2 Power
In this one-month course, I will guide you step by step to explore yourself. To find out what your body needs and how it wants to be moved so that it can be a helpful tool again and you can get off the pain carousel.Invest a maximum of 10 minutes a day in your well-being.

Register on your preferred start day approx. 60 minutes before the time you want to receive your e-mails and receive your e-mails one hour later each day.
Example 1:
Buy at 6 a.m. on Monday and receive the e-mail at approx. 7 a.m. every day from Monday to Friday.
You will not receive any e-mails on Saturday and Sunday.
Example 2:
Buy your basic course 1 on Sunday and only look at the eMail on Monday at your favorite time.
This way you can also enjoy your weekend in peace on Saturday and Sunday.
